I've had tight hips, adductors, hamstrings, quads, IT bands my entire adult life (71 now). Movement has been extremely difficult... until going to iFlex Stretch Studio. Progress is underway. Thanks Maceo!

I highly recommend Gabriel he is the best, very knowledgeable and so kind, I noticed a difference with my first stretch and I always come back to him. I worked with Brad and would highly recommend him and iFlex. The before and after assessments surprised me; there was so much accomplished in so little time. They have a great deal for first time patients; and it’s a blessing and a curse. I walked up all ready to signup for one a week but after hearing the price I quickly changed my mind. There was no pressure unlike a lot of similar places.

December 22, 2023"E" managed to get a knot out of my lower back within 20 minutes of meeting him by doing a "pre flight check" ( assessment of my physical well being) and performing the actual stretch. Quite impressive.
