Supplemental Privacy Notice For California Residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) requires certain businesses to provide California residents with certain additional information. If the CCPA is or becomes applicable to us, please know that this supplemental notice supplements and should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here. The rights described in this supplemental notice are subject to exemptions and other limitations under applicable law.
Terms used in this section have the meaning ascribed to them in the CCPA. For purposes of this supplemental privacy notice only and with regard to California residents only, Personal Information includes information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a California resident or a household. It does not include de-identified information, aggregate consumer information, or publicly available information, as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
Notice of Collection and Use of Personal Information
We may collect, use, and disclose for our business and commercial purposes the following categories of information about you or your use of the services (“Personal Information”) we provide:
- Identifiers, such as name and postal or electronic address
- Personal information as defined under the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)), such as payment card information, education or employment history
- Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law, such as age, gender, gender identity, marital status, physical or mental disability
- Commercial information, such as records of services purchased
- Biometric data, such as fingerprint, image and user behavior characteristics
- Internet or other network or device activity, such as browsing history or app usage
- Geolocation data, such as device location and Internet Protocol (IP) location
- Audio, electronic, visual or similar information, such as if you participate in phone survey or submit a photo.
- Inference data and other information that identifies or can be reasonably associated with you.
Use of Personal Information
We may use your Personal Information to accomplish and further our business or commercial objectives listed in the section entitled “Use of Information” in our Privacy Policy.
Sale of Personal Information and Opt-Out of Sale
We may “sell” your Personal Information to “third parties” (as those terms are defined under the CCPA), which includes personalized (or targeted) advertising on our website or on other websites and when we advertise our services elsewhere. We do not knowingly sell the Personal Information of minors under 16 without affirmative authorization from the minor, in the case of minors between 13 and 16 years of age, or from the minor’s parent or guardian, in the case of minors who are less than 13 years of age.
Additional Privacy Rights
As a California resident, you may have certain additional rights, such as:
- Request to know. The right to receive information regarding the categories of personal information about you that we have collected, disclosed or sold; the categories of sources of such information; the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your personal information; and the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information. This request may be made up to two times in any 12-month period.
- Request to delete. The right to request the deletion of certain personal information we have collected from you
- Request regarding financial incentives. The right to receive information about financial incentives that we offer to you, if any, for the collection, sale or deletion of Personal Information.

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and requests, including by verifying your account information, residency or the email address you provide. Certain information may be exempt from such requests under applicable law such as information we retain for legal compliance and to secure our services. We may need certain information in order to provide the services to you; if you ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to use the services.
You may designate an agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. To do so, please provide the agent a written letter appointing the agent, acknowledged before a notary public. The agent must furnish a copy of the appointing letter to us when taking action under the CCPA on your behalf. You may also point an agent using a power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code, Sections 4000 to 4465.
The CCPA further provides you with the right to not be discriminated against (as provided for in applicable law) for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
