Run longer with more ease. Our specific runner’s stretch will tune the kinetic chain that travels from the plantar fascia, calf and up through the hamstrings into the hips. Any tension along this line can impact the whole chain, reducing power as well as limiting the posterior fascial spring that is so important during the propulsion stage of gait. Your iFlex Stretch specialist will look for imbalances between the quads band hamstrings, hip flexors and extensors, as well as the motions of the ankle. They will assess each side and compare sides.
