At iFlex we incorporate a flexibility assessment into each stretch routine, so each session is tailored to your needs. As our stretch therapists begin working with you, they will compare sides and lead you on a journey of discovery. What you’ll find is your unique pattern of restriction, and a series unique stretches that balances you in a way that leads to more freedom of movement, neurological control, and reduction in tension, pain and stress.
The iFlex stretch doesn’t end there, however. At the end of your session, you’ll have the option to get support in the form of kinesio-taping. If you have a joint that is a little sore, or an area that is a little unstable, or even a spot that is slightly tight, our stretch therapists can apply kinesio-tape to the that area to give it exactly what it needs. The great part is that taping lasts several days, allowing the benefits from your visit to iFlex to last even longer.

Assisted stretching is more effective than stretching on your own. With assisted stretching, your body receives the resistance feedback it needs to lengthen muscles and relieve tight joints for increased range of motion, flexibility, pain relief, and more that supports an active lifestyle.
We recommend that clients wear clothing they would feel comfortable stretching in such as loose, soft clothing, or something they would wear to workout or do yoga in for maximum comfort during your assisted stretching session.

We welcome people of all ages! Anyone of any age can benefit from assisted stretching. Anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will have to sign our waiver.
